Setup auto start at every boot and disable blank screen

Make a cron job so the data monitoring system will start every time you boot up your Raspberry Pi. This is also very useful in case of the power outage. Also, we will disable the blank screen (screen saver) to prevent Raspberry Pi from turning off the display.
